NGFA Meeting Reminder and Meeting Location Change from
Twin Creeks to CRPA (7545 Main Street, Woodstock)
If at all possible, please return the competed spreadsheet to me via
e-mail in advance of the August meeting.
At the August meeting, the following is due:

NGFA League fees ($35 per team participating in the league)

ASA Registration for each team

Confirmation of use of an NGFA approved umpire association for league games

Park rep information (spreadsheet)

Rainout protocol information (spreadsheet)

List of all teams playing in the fall league with complete contact information (spreadsheet)

Rosters of all teams playing in the fall league (spreadsheet) with copies of birth certificates. We play "up" in the fall using the next year's ASA age control date. For fall 2008, 10U will be players with birthdays in 1998 & 1999, 12U - 1996 & 1997, 15U - 1993, 1994 & 1995 (or 13&Up if necessary would be 1993 and older).

Home field slots - minimum of six per team with appropriate distribution of weeknight & weekend slots to handle your teams (spreadsheet)
Fall League details:

Schedule runs from day after Labor Day to the end of October (possibly including the weekend of Nov 1-2)

Team registration deadline is the August meeting

8-10 game schedule (10 games for "A" & "B", 8 games plus a double elimination tournament for "C")
"A" & "B" teams play on weeknights (Mon-Thu), "C" teams play most games on Saturday (including doubleheaders) with weeknight play if necessary -
Upon receipt of the league schedule, each park in turn schedules and pays umpire fees for their home games

The "C" league tournament will have a tournament entry fee
